Harford Air Services, established in 1996 by Kevin Hess, offers comprehensive flight training from Private Pilot to Airline Transport Pilot certificates. As a Part 141 VA approved school and CCBC partner, we provide professional instruction in well-maintained aircraft. Our programs include Private Pilot, Instrument, Commercial, and Flight Instructor ratings, along with specialized training in tail wheel and spin techniques.
