Gorge Winds Aviation, Inc., located at the Portland-Troutdale airport, has been a premier flight training institution since 1988. Our flight school offers comprehensive training programs for Private Pilot, Instrument, Commercial, Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), Flight Officer Instructor (FOI), and Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certifications. We maintain a professional yet relaxed atmosphere, with one-on-one instruction tailored to meet each student's needs. Our services include aircraft rentals, flight reviews, instrument competency checks, and preparation for FAA exams. We also provide financing options for flight instruction and operate a pilot shop on site. With hours of operation from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends, we are committed to helping you achieve your aviation goals.
