About Us
The Civil Aviation Technology College (CATC) is the oldest training center for Iran's civil aviation industry, established in 1938 by the order of King Reza Pahlavi. Located at Mehrabad International Airport, CATC provides specialized training programs in line with the Iranian Ministry of Higher Education and is a member of the ICAO's Trainer Plus program. The college offers short-term and in-service courses approved by the Civil Aviation Organization, ICAO, and the International Air Transport Association. CATC has a rich history, having trained notable alumni such as the first Iranian female pilot, Effat Tejaratchi. The college continues to play a crucial role in educating and training aviation professionals, ensuring the highest standards in the industry. CATC remains committed to producing skilled and dedicated aviation professionals.
