Luxury airline Aero, based in California, has exciting news for travelers looking for a premium flying experience. Starting in December 2024, Aero will be launching scheduled flights between Los Angeles and Las Vegas. What sets these flights apart is the use of Aero's exclusive fleet of Embraer ERJ-135 aircraft, promising passengers a taste of private jet luxury on a commercial flight.

From December 27, 2024, passengers can hop aboard Aero's sleek all-black jets at Van Nuys Airport in Los Angeles and arrive at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas. These flights will be available on Fridays and Sundays, offering travelers the perfect weekend getaway between these two vibrant cities. On Fridays, departure from Van Nuys is at 14:30, landing in Las Vegas at 15:35. The return leg departs Las Vegas at 16:30, touching down back in Van Nuys at 17:35. On Sundays, the flight leaves Van Nuys at 10:30, arrives at 11:35, with the return flight departing Las Vegas at 12:30 and arriving back at Van Nuys at 13:35.

To mark the link between the lucky number seven and Las Vegas, Aero is introducing initial fares starting at $777 one way, offering passengers an upgraded air travel experience that blends the luxuries of commercial first-class travel with the exclusivity of private jets. In-flight catering will feature special seasonal menus from Erewhon, a celebrated grocer in Los Angeles. Moreover, passengers can revel in a complimentary onboard bar service and enjoy free Starlink Wi-Fi. Aero's generous luggage policy allows travelers to bring along two checked bags, including oversized sports equipment like golf clubs. Not to mention, Aero is a pet-friendly airline, welcoming passengers' furry companions into the cabin with them.

CEO Ben Klein stated, "With this new service, Aero is bringing back the style of traveling to a destination synonymous with glamor. The experience of flying Aero is seamless and elegant, making it the ideal way to travel to a destination like Las Vegas." He emphasized the inspiration drawn from the Golden Age of Hollywood, where jet-setting between Los Angeles and Las Vegas was a hallmark of a glamorous weekend getaway.

In celebration of the new route, Aero is offering a special 'Jet In, Jet Out' flight from Van Nuys to the famed Las Vegas F1 Grand Prix on November 23, 2024. Passengers on this unique service will depart Van Nuys at 17:05, arriving in time for the race at 18:10. The return flight back to Van Nuys leaves Las Vegas at 02:20 on November 24, ensuring passengers get back swiftly post-event.

Beyond Las Vegas, Aero presently operates flights from Van Nuys Airport to Napa, Sun Valley, Aspen, Palm Springs, and Los Cabos. The airline's fleet comprises four Embraer ERJ-135s, each seating 16 passengers in a 1-1 cabin configuration, along with a single Embraer Legacy 600 accommodating 12 passengers.
